The LDS team enjoyed a few very successful days in Cannes along with the real estate industry’s finest during MIPIM 2024.
Mark Hawthorn, Ben Jenkinson, Mark Roberts, Alex Maltby and Richard Cannings attended and hosted an array of gatherings both on and off the Maxi Beer, which was moored in the Old Port. A fantastic spot in the sunshine to eat, drink and discuss property projects and plans, the boat saw a constant flow of guests from Tuesday to Friday.

The annual Boules tournament, in partnership with our co-hosts Watts Commercial and gunnercooke, was an afternoon to remember; 150 people donned berets and drank rose in the sun, making it the most popular spot in town.
