LDS Sales Guarantees promotes Ben Jenkinson to Managing Director

This announcement comes as LDS completes a record quarter, including the largest transaction to date at £15m, unlocking 52 new homes in Leeds.

The LDS Sales Guarantee, which enables SME developers to build more by removing sales risk and releasing a 10% deposit, is in increasing demand as market uncertainty endures.

Based in London, Ben will run the company’s Origination, Transaction and Portfolio Management functions as well as continuing to lead LDS development lender relationships.

Ben will start immediately, supported by former Homes England CEO Gordon More (Strategic Advisor), as well as former Homes England colleagues Alex Maltby (Origination) and Darren Reynolds (Transaction and PM).
