We’re delighted to announce that Richard Cannings has joined the team as a Relationship Director.
He will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with brokers and developers and driving new business, as part of the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Based out of the London office, Richard’s appointment bolsters the relationship management team, which is now five strong.
He has spent 18 years in property and banking, most recently having held the role of Investment Director at alternative funder London Wall Lending.
Prior to that, he has been in real estate financing positions at RBS and Qatar National Bank.
Richard commented: “Having spent many years in real estate finance, I am keenly aware of how unique and necessary the LDS offering is. To be able to benefit brokers, developers and lenders through the removal of risk and deployment of cash is an opportunity I am very excited about. LDS is revolutionising the funding and delivery of new homes.”
