Tom’s background includes working within two of the NW’s leading property companies, specialising first in residential management and then development finance.

This experience equips him with a more comprehensive understanding of all aspects of new homes sales than a typical high street estate agency or new homes sales negotiator.

Tom works closely with the marketing team to create high-quality marketing collateral designed to drive awareness and enquiries.

Personable, whilst also tenacious, he is skilled at progressing sales from initial enquiry through to completion and will keep a tight rein on all parties to ensure a smooth sale.
