Shahil Kotecha

Shahil is an experienced business leader with a successful track record of delivering operational efficiencies and strategic change across a range of financial institutions.

Shahil has been with Pivot since 2015, leading the strategic growth of the business in his capacity as CEO and Principal. He has designed and implemented a new operating model which has involved the implementation of a market leading technology platform, recruitment of a team of underwriters, sales professionals, analysts, finance and compliance specialists, and the implementation of robust policies and procedures.

He now spends the majority of his time overseeing the day-to-day operation and is a voting member of the Credit Committee.
