David is our property finance expert with a wealth of expertise in the arena.

He works with property developers and investors assisting them to source and structure debt for residential and commercial schemes, property acquisitions and refinancing.  He ensures deals get across the line by presenting proposals to funders and negotiation terms, getting stuck in to understand the deal, offering a pragmatic and flexible approach to funding.
