As the former Head of Product Implementation at Homes England, Darren brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role. He joined the team at LDS to help support the businesses growth strategy and further embed the Sales Guarantee product as a valuable tool to support SME developers and lenders.
Darren most recently spent four years in senior roles at Homes England, the Government’s housing accelerator, successfully delivering over £4 billion of support to the housing market through a variety of innovative debt, equity and guarantee interventions. Darren also has over 15 years’ experience in real estate finance, SME lending, and corporate restructuring having previously worked for NatWest and Barclays.
