Andy Blenkinsop

Andy joined Pivot in February 2022 and brings with him a wealth of experience from a successful 40-year career in real estate finance, including 27 years working for Barclays and HBOS.
Most recently, Andy was a founding partner of Pluto Finance, a leading provider of development finance for UK residential developers. Throughout his career, Andy has played an instrumental part in raising and managing funding from major global institutional investors and pension providers, as well as originating and managing risk across various development books.
At Pivot, Andy chairs the Credit Committee and oversees the Credit function as well as being a core member of the management team.
