Rightsize Consultancy is a boutique housing and development consultancy based in Cheshire. We work nationally to support house builders, developers, registered providers, charities and investors deliver positive change within the housing sector.

We work on a broad basis providing Project Management and Development Management support to developers and land owners to help them originate and deliver new housing.

Our work also encompasses various aspects of the social housing sector.  We support private house builders to negotiate down their s106 and affordable housing obligations via Financial Viability cases and provide agency support to help developers trade on affordable housing to social housing providers.
