PMJ Capital was established in 2014 to provide a ‘hands on’ approach to property finance, we felt that there was a gap in the market for a short-term lender who could add real value and support the North West region’s SME developers and entrepreneurs.

In the last nine years, we have supported over 200 developers and investors with over £100m of funding.

We pride ourselves on our creative approach to property finance, providing a trusted, honest and pragmatic approach. We see the success of PMJ and our clients’ projects naturally aligned.
