On Friday we took 26 of our close advisors to Copenhagen for a day of culture, food and Danish beer.
We were treated to a sight-seeing and culinary tour by ‘Foods of Copenhagen’, where we not only saw all the sights of the city, but created our own starter Smørrebrød (roughly translated as an open sandwich) before enjoying a main course of traditional Danish stew cooked by the river, under a bridge by Morten the bicycle chef. Then finally dessert and mulled wine in Tivoli Gardens.
A fantastic day, thanks to everyone who came along and thanks for a fantastic 2018.
